Responsibilities

This outstanding Case Manager unit, based in Dallas, is looking for the right RN to join their team of compassionate and driven healthcare professionals. The role involves managing patient care plans, coordinating inpatient and outpatient resources, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The unit consists of an 801-bed tertiary care center using Meditech charting and is located just 15 minutes from downtown Dallas.

Required Qualifications

1. Perm TX or compact RN License (#/expiration)
2. BSN
3. Recent inpatient, acute care setting case management experience, either UR or care coordination
4. SS# and DOB on file
