Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Float Family Nurse Practitioner to provide flexible, high‑quality care across our South and Central New Jersey locations—including Hamilton, Ewing, Voorhees, Cherry Hill, and Willingboro—and at select sites throughout New York and New Jersey. The position is a 24‑hour per week float role that requires coverage at various locations on short notice and includes travel within the state and region.
Day in the Life
As a Marathon Health provider you will practice relationship‑based medicine at the top of your license, offering holistic care that includes prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. You will work autonomously in a patient‑first environment, using resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD, available at no cost to you and your patients. Your schedule will involve covering shifts for absent teammates and filling vacancies, often with short notice, requiring flexibility and the ability to adapt to different clinical settings.

Minimum Job Requirements for Nurse Practitioner
- Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification required
- Independent practice provider preferred where applicable per state regulation
- Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability
- CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
- Independent family practice experience—including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit—preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Pay Range
$90,000 – $102,000 per year for a schedule of 24 hours per week.
