Travel Expectations
This is a multistate travel Nurse Practitioner position. Providers travel throughout assigned regions based on business needs.
Average: 35 in‑home assessments per week.
Extended travel assignments (multiple consecutive weeks, including weekends).
All travel logistics reimbursed.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive, non‑invasive in‑home health assessments

- This role does not require prescribing, diagnosing new conditions, or managing ongoing treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (MSN) or higher from an accredited NP program
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (multistate licensure preferred)
- National Board Certification
- Current BLS or ACLS certification
- 12+ months of experience as a paid NP is required
