Description

American Traveler is seeking a Multimodality CT Technologist / X-ray Tech to rotate between CT and X-ray in an acute care hospital radiology department, requiring 3+ years of experience in each modality.

Details

• Hospital radiology department with no on-site emergency room, resulting in a lighter workload
• Rotates weekly between CT and X-ray duties
• 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week, with variable start times such as 7:30a-4p, 8a-4:30p, or 8:30a-5p
• Department closes at 5pm Monday through Friday with possible on-call coverage after hours
• CT on-call hours are Monday-Friday 5p-9p and weekends 9a-9p
• X-ray on-call hours are Monday-Friday 5p-7:30a and 24-hour coverage on weekends
• On-call required if needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of X-ray experience in an acute care setting
• Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience in an acute care setting
• ARRT certification and ARRT CT certification required
• MA Radiation License required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Trauma experience, Ortho OR procedures, pediatric imaging, and fluoro procedures preferred

Additional Information

• Perform CT exams and X-rays as needed, rotating weekly between the two modalities
• Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local
