Travel MRI Technologist - $2,840 per week

Job Summary

Travel MRI Technologist position in Keene, New Hampshire. Assignment dates: 07/06/2026 to 09/18/2026 (13 weeks). Shift: 10‑hour evenings, 40 hours per week. Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors around the powerful magnetic field of an MRI scanner.
• Position patients and coils on the MRI table and inject contrast media as required.
• Set technical parameters, operate the scanner, and monitor image data during scans.
• Identify normal versus abnormal images and recognize/respond to life‑threatening situations.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted professional guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional, patient‑focused manner.
• Promote a safe work environment and support national patient‑safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two‑year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• At least 18 months of MRI Technician experience, preferably in critical care.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
