Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist in Montclair, New Jersey. This position involves performing advanced MRI procedures primarily for adult patients, utilizing a variety of specialized skills and certifications. The role is suitable for professionals with at least one year of experience and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM; on-call 8 hours per pay period (every other Sunday)
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: ARMRIT, ARRT Magnetic Resonance (MR); BLS Certification; minimum 1 year of experience; New Jersey state licensure in hand at the time of submittal; 50-mile radius rule, no local candidates
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with community hospital settings; advanced MRI skills including MRA, MRV, and contrast procedures; proficiency with Epic charting system; experience with adult acute care, ICU, outpatient, and trauma settings
• Additional Information: Candidates must complete onboarding core items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing. Modules are conducted onsite during orientation, with non-billable hours typically ranging from 2-6 hours depending on certification type. The position involves working with interdisciplinary teams, including respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response services.
