Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN with at least one year of recent surgical orthopedic experience for a night shift position in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital surgical orthopedic unit
• Med/Surg patient population with a focus on post-surgical orthopedic cases
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Role involves providing care for post-surgical and orthopedic patients
• Compliance with hospital documentation and safety standards is required
• Must submit all required documents for employment consideration
• Night shift and holiday coverage may be required as per unit needs

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg or surgical orthopedic RN experience
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
