Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN

The Med Surg/Tele RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.

Key responsibilities

Include assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry, administering medications, preparing patients for procedures, documenting care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.

Essential duties

Involve explaining procedures, ensuring safety and infection control, advocating for patients, facilitating discharge planning, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• At least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations
• Current BLS certification

Preferred skills

Include NIHSS and ACLS certifications.

Skills required
