Day and night shifts available: 3x12‑hour shifts, rotating between 7 PM – 7:30 AM and 7 AM – 7:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse with a minimum of 18 months recent experience in the specialty to provide high‑quality patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Assess and document patient conditions accurately.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during their stay.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry prior to travel assignments.
• Must hold a permanent Ohio license or compact state license.
• American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate during orientation required.
• One reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty required for submission.
