Location: Hillside Hospital, 1265 East College Street, Pulaski, TN 38478.
Orientation: Weekly on Mondays. Candidates must be residing 60 miles or greater to be considered for travel assignments. All travelers must have required certifications prior to start date; client reserves the right to require additional certifications not listed. Please refer to the LPNT checklist for the most up-to-date requirements.
Screening: All clinical staff must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date. Results are required prior to start.
Pay Package: Local rate: $46.80 per 12-hour shift, 36 hours per week. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Lifepoint Job ID # .
