Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- BLS and NIH Stroke certifications are required.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years of travel nursing experience.
- No local candidates will be accepted for this position.
