Mammo Techs require the following documentation upon submission:

• a copy of MD license
• a copy of current ARRT card
• a copy of Mammography registry certificate (if no date on it, need ARRT documentation showing registry date)
• 8 initial hours of digital training
• 8 initial hours of tomosynthesis training
• 15 current mammography CME's
• Initial 40 hours of training/ attestation
• Current 200 mammography stats
