About the Role
We are seeking experienced LPNs for a clinic-based assignment in the Kauai region of Hawaii. Candidates should have prior outpatient clinic experience and be comfortable supporting a variety of clinic departments. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys structured weekday schedules and working in a patient-focused ambulatory setting.

Important Requirement
This assignment requires 80 hours every two weeks with no exceptions .
Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing support in clinic setting
• Assist with patient intake, vitals, charting, and follow-up care
• Support providers across outpatient clinic departments
• Document accurately in Cerner
• Float to other clinic locations if coverage is needed
• Support patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory environment

Requirements

• Active LPN/LVN license
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Prior clinic experience required
• BLS/BCLS required
• ACLS required
• Must be willing to assist at other clinic locations if needed
