Travel LPN – Clinic
Location: Waimea, Hawaii
Facility: Kauai Veteran's Memorial Hospital
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional extension to 6:00 PM)
A healthcare facility in Hawaii is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a clinic-based assignment. The selected candidate may support multiple outpatient clinic settings based on operational needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within outpatient clinic settings
- Assist providers with patient flow, intake, and documentation
- Support clinical operations across departments as needed
- Maintain accurate charting within Cerner EMR
- Float to nearby clinic locations if coverage is required
Requirements
- Active HI -- LPN/LVN License
- Minimum 2 years of clinic experience
- Experience in Family Practice, Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, or similar outpatient settings preferred
- Current ACLS/BLS certification required
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible clinic assignments
Assignment Details
- 80 hours guaranteed every two weeks
- 13-week assignment
- Day shifts
- Holiday coverage may be required
