Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care rehabilitation experience preferred
Experience with ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, functional mobility, and assistive devices
Strong patient evaluation, individualized treatment planning, progress assessment, and discharge planning skills
Experience working with geriatric and post-acute rehabilitation patients preferred
Strong clinical documentation, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
Ability to work 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
