Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
• Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and report to the supervising RN
• Provide core nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents
• Collect specimens as directed and participate in routine assessments
• Maintain accurate charting and records; uphold infection control and safety standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to meet resident needs and respond to calls or changes in status

Requirements

• Active North Carolina LPN license
• 12 months of recent LPN experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7 pm–7 am)
• Capacity to work in a long-term care setting with residents requiring skilled care
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
• Orientation will occur during the first couple hours of the first shift; credentials due by 10/10/2026 or ASAP
• No additional certifications required beyond the NC LPN license
