Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years required
Requirements
- Certification: Registered Laboratory Technician with
- American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP)
- or American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Experience:
- Blood Bank (required)
- Pediatrics (required)
- Chemistry (Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics) (required)
- Cerner Millennium & Oracle experience (required)
- Phlebotomy skills: Preferred but not required
What You’ll Do
- Perform and analyze laboratory tests for blood, tissue, and body fluids
- Ensure quality control and accurate documentation in compliance with lab standards
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to provide timely diagnostic information
- Operate and maintain lab equipment, including Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics analyzers
- Participate in cross-functional team communication to improve lab processes
