Position Highlights
- Full‑spectrum care from labor mapping and deliveries through recovery, postpartum tracking, and well‑baby nursery care.
- Self‑scheduling built equitably alongside core staff, featuring no on‑call or standby requirements outside regular shifts.
- Advanced maternal‑child platforms using the Centricity EFM system and Epic EMR.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated acute care LDRP or solid L&D experience (must have recent postpartum/couplet exposure within the last few years). Strong newborn stabilization skills required.
- Active Idaho (ID) or valid Compact state RN license.
- Active AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications. AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced highly preferred.
- Must permanently reside over 50 miles away from the facility to qualify.
