Requirements and Credentials

• Seeking a level IV trained Labor & Delivery nurse.
• Must be familiar with Magnesium, insulin drips.
• Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certified with advanced external fetal monitoring.
• Adhere to AWHONN guidelines.
• Credentials required:
• Nursys License for submission.
• License/Certificate Verification for submission.
• Testing and checklists required for onboarding:
• Ascension Pharmacology Exam.
• Ascension Specialty Exam.
• Ascension Core Competencies.
• Personal Health History requirements, such as MMR, Hepatitis B, Fit Test, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA, Varicella, Tdap.
• Professional requirements, such as Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation, Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding.
• Ascension Profile, Driver's License/State ID.
• Ascension 2 Professional References.
• Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, EPLS.
• Ascension Skills Checklist.
