Schedule: 12-hour rotating nights, 36 guaranteed hours per week; occasional labor call or overtime; possible holidays and weekends
Experience: 2 years experience required
Required: Must work in both L&D and Postpartum
Duties: Deliver patient- and family-centered care through the full nursing process - assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation; coordinate individualized patient education; guide and supervise ancillary team members; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Standards: New Mexico Nurse Practice Act, hospital policy and current evidence-based guidelines
Facility: Cibola General Hospital, Grants NM
