Float: Float rotation may be required.
Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician directives. Responsible for delegation of discipline-specific therapy services, ensuring effective and functional treatment programs. Serves as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers, and performs other professional duties related to patient care and therapy service development. Demonstrates adherence to safety policies, professionalism, and organizational values. Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to address discharge barriers, manages caseload effectively, and maintains accurate documentation. Participates in student programs and ongoing professional development. Complies with state practice acts and maintains licensure. Demonstrates commitment to quality improvement initiatives and patient advocacy.
