Job Details:

Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications: 2+ years of current inpatient/acute occupational therapy experience, Vermont Occupational Therapy license, and active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Preferred Qualifications: Travel experience highly preferred.

Additional Information: Responsible for delivering occupational therapy treatments to employees and patients based on evaluations. Maintains appropriate documentation, assists with in-services, and supports community health programs. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required as public transport is unavailable in this small community. All requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload; requests after upload will not be approved, with a maximum of 5 days allowed. Scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission; post-offer requests may lead to rescinded offers. Traveler's profile must include perm address. All certifications and required documents must be uploaded with the profile. Among the employment requirements are supervisory references from within the past two years, and compliance with the Mt Ascutney 3-strike rule for call-offs.
