- Position: RN Stepdown

- Hours: 36 per week (12‑hour night shifts)

- Shift: 12‑hour nights (weekends scheduled as needed)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing timely and appropriate interventions.
- Titrate drips such as Nitroglycerine, Neo, and Cardene as necessary.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient‑centered care.
- Document patient care accurately in the EPIC charting system.
Qualifications
- Active RN license.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Experience with step‑down type patients.
