Registered Nurse - IMC / PCU / Stepdown

Oklahoma City, OK Intermediate Care / Stepdown

Contract Nights 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

• Provide direct patient care in an intermediate care / stepdown unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry and critical care-level observation
• Document patient care activities and clinical findings using Epic electronic health records
• Float within scope of practice to other units or sister facilities as needed to meet staffing demands (up to 75 miles)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

• Active, unrestricted RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Care or Telemetry nursing
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must live more than 75 miles from the contracted facility to be eligible - local candidates are not accepted

• Experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown unit environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage telemetry monitoring and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Comfort with floating to varied units and adapting quickly to new clinical environments
