Requirements: 2 years minimum experience required; successful passing of Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and 100% on lethal rhythms; ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications; experience in PCU, DOU, IMC, Stepdown, Telemetry, ER Holding, Cardiac Telemetry, MS/Tele; float experience between IMC and medical units; ability to occasionally take medicine/IMC level boarders in ED and ICU; at least 1 travel assignment completed; required to have the flu vaccine.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients in the IMC, PCU, and Telemetry units.
• Float between IMC and medical units, including occasionally managing patients in ED and ICU settings.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals according to hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Adhere to facility policies, including vaccination requirements and uniform protocols.
