Job Summary:
The organization is seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse in Tyler, Texas. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical ICU setting, requiring the ability to manage complex clinical situations and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. The position aims to support patient recovery and ensure optimal care outcomes.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts) starting on 08/24/2026
• Schedule: Other with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Texas state license in good standing, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications, and at least 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Two years of ICU experience, travel experience, previous charge nurse experience, and experience with Epic charting system.
• Skills: Managing arterial lines, ventilator management, patient assessment, administering IV medications, managing complex patient conditions, and operating essential ICU equipment.
• Community Hospital Experience: Preferred
• Interdisciplinary Support: Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy
• Patient Diagnoses: Medical-Surgical ICU patients
