You’ll provide home-based nursing, support families, and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Requirements include RN license, BLS/CPR, Active Compact License or ability to obtain, 3 years Hospice experience, willingness to travel 75%+.
BSN/CHPN preferred. This role offers autonomy, variety, and meaningful patient care.
