Travel ER RN

We are seeking a skilled ER RN for a travel assignment focused on delivering high-quality, rapid-response care in a fast-paced emergency department.

Key responsibilities

• Assessing, triaging, and prioritizing patient care upon arrival


• Administering medications, treatments, and emergency procedures


• Monitoring patient safety and comfort, documenting assessments and interventions


• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care


• Responding effectively to life-threatening situations following protocols


• Educating patients and families about treatments and care plans


• Adhering to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications and skills required

• At least one year of recent ER experience


• Valid RN license per state regulations


• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications


• Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills


• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients


• Proficiency in reading, writing, and electronic documentation


• Ability to work under pressure, handle frequent public contact, and maintain professionalism
