• Provide high-quality care to patients in the emergency department.
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings.
• Manage care of ventilated patients and handle trauma cases.
• Participate in triage and prioritize patient care based on severity of condition.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting.
• Current and valid MA nursing license.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP required.
• Experience in a Level I Trauma Center is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong preference for experience with psych/behavioral health in an ED setting.
• Proficiency in EPIC is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry is essential.
