Show Low, AZ Acute Care

Contract Rotating Shifts 3x12s Expected 36 hours/week

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department seeing an average of 100 patients per day, including trauma, cardiac, and neurological cases
• Work within a 30-room private-bay ED that includes a six-room EDOU observation unit, six fast track beds, one seclusion room, and five additional monitored rooms
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4, supported by up to five technicians during peak hours
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including a dedicated PA for fast track minor/non-urgent cases
• Document patient care using Allscripts Sunrise EMR and administer medications via Omnicell system
• Function within a Level IV Trauma Center environment, adhering to all applicable protocols and standards

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• PALS certification required
• TNCC certification required

• Prior experience in a high-volume or trauma-designated emergency department
• Familiarity with Allscripts Sunrise EMR and Omnicell medication systems
• Experience caring for trauma, cardiac, and neurological patient populations

• Work in a well-equipped, fully private-bay Emergency Department with strong support staffing and a structured nurse-to-patient ratio
• Gain experience in a dynamic Level IV Trauma Center environment serving a broad and diverse patient population
