Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Newburgh, IN Acute Care

Contract 13 Weeks 12-Hour Mid Shifts (11:00 AM - 11:00 PM) Onsite

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting at a Level II Trauma facility
• Perform and interpret 12-lead EKG and dysrhythmia assessments
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic (required within the last year)
• Work every other weekend and every other holiday as part of the standard schedule
• Wear Navy Blue Scrubs per unit dress code requirements

• Active Indiana RN license or valid Compact State license
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification required
• AHA PALS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room experience
• Must pass a 12-lead EKG and Dysrhythmia exam prior to placement
• Proficiency in Epic EMR within the last year is required
• Must reside at least 40 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Pediatric emergency experience is preferred
• Experience working in a Level II Trauma environment
• Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable managing change in a dynamic setting

• Expected 36 hours per week with no on-call or float requirements, offering a consistent and focused work experience
• Clinical interview process ensures a strong mutual fit between candidate and unit
