Job Summary: Electro Physiology Lab (EP LAB) Technician position in Asheville, North Carolina. This role involves supporting cardiac electrophysiology procedures within a specialized laboratory setting. The selected candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth operation and adherence to unit protocols.

Job Details

• Shift Schedule: Dayshift, 10-hour shifts (7:00 am 5:30 pm)
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 09/07/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certified Registered Nurse in nursing positions with at least 1 year of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist), RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist), RT (Respiratory Therapist).

  • Staff: 17 members
  • Staff Type: Day Shift, 10-hour shifts, with late stay option; no night shift

  • Equipment Used: X-ray, PACS, Cardio Lab, Istat, ESI, Carto, Arrhythmia, Cryo, EMR - Cerner
  • Typical Procedures: Ablations, Devices, Watchman, Loop recorders
• Additional Information:
  • Floats: None required
  • Dress Code: Scrubs, Surgical Green
  • On-call Schedule: 2 days every 6 weeks, Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 am 11:00 am
