Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN)

• 3 12-hour shifts per week
• 2 Call shifts

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical access hospital or emergency department setting preferred
• General Certifications:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Basic Life Support/Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS/BCLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent
• Nursing Certification: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

The Registered Nurse providing care in the Emergency Department is responsible for the comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and coordination of patient care from admission to discharge. This role involves utilizing accepted standards and protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Shared housing may be available within 30 miles, subject to capacity and rate adjustments.
• No smoking, no pets, and no families/partners permitted in shared housing.
• All requests for time off must be disclosed during the interview process.
• Coverage responsibilities will include both KREMMLING and GRANBY locations.
• Holiday shifts will be required.
