Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room. The role involves providing comprehensive care to a diverse range of patients from neonates to geriatrics in a fast-paced, trauma level III setting. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in emergency care and the ability to handle a variety of cases.

• Perform triage and assess patient needs promptly
• Assist with rapid sequence intubation and procedural sedation
• Manage trauma activations and cardiac STEMI care
• Administer blood products and mass transfusion
• Ensure adherence to stroke-neuro alert criteria

Required:

• 2 years of emergency nursing experience
• ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC, NIHSS certifications
• Skills in triage, trauma care, and cardiac emergency care

Preferred:

• Pediatric experience
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
