CVOR Surgical Technologist – Contract

Location: Wyoming, MI
Shift: 4x10s | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Schedule: 4 days/week
Setting: Acute Care Hospital | Teaching Facility | Adult Level II Trauma

Position Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 2 years
• Required Experience: CVOR, General OR, and/or Hybrid OR
• Specialty Experience Required: Orthopedic OR Neurological OR experience
• First-Time Travelers: No
• Patient Population: Adults
• BLS: Required
• State License: Pending license not accepted
• Locals: Accepted – no mileage restriction

Schedule & Call Requirements

• Shift: 4x10s, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Weekend: Every other weekend may be required
• Call: Yes
  • 2–3 call days per week, including weekdays and weekends
  • Call may be required on a holiday if the assignment extends over a holiday
  • Weekend call may be required up to every other weekend, depending on staffing
• Clinician may float within scope to the Main OR based on facility needs.

Guaranteed Hours

• 40 hours/week for shifts under 12 hours (8- or 10-hour shifts)
• 36 hours for 3x12-hour shifts
• 48 hours for 4x12-hour shifts
