Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments for cardiovascular procedures
Handle and organize surgical instruments and supplies with precision
Ensure strict adherence to sterile technique and safety protocols
Collaborate closely with surgical team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Shifts: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
Call: Required – must be flexible and responsive

Proven experience in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) settings
Strong knowledge of open heart surgical procedures
Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
