TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Arcata, California.

Travel assignment: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts, travel work. Employment type: travel. Must have at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients
• Interpret doctors' written instructions correctly
• Appropriately position patients for specific scans
• Operate computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility of internal organs and tissues
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
• Follow safety procedures when working with radiation
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Use the McKesson PACS system

Requirements

• BLS certification
• ARRT (CT) national certification with registration in computed tomography
• State‑specific licensing when required
• 3 years of additional related experience or certification may be required before assignment (e.g., ARRT (R))
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, or stoop for long periods
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
