American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, pediatric experience preferred, to work with patients ages 0-18 in a pediatric hospital setting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Technologist, pediatric experience preferred
- ARRT-CT certification required
- BLS certification required
- WA state license required if applicable
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work with kindness and patience with pediatric patients and their families
- Ability to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Responsibilities
- Pediatric hospital setting treating patients ages 0-18 with all types and diagnoses
- 10-hour day shifts on Sunday, Monday, and Saturday from
- Call shifts on Tuesday from
- 30 hours per week
- Weekend rotation dependent upon shift taken
- Possible on-call requirement limited to off-hours and weekends, up to 24 hours per month
- No floating required
- Uses Siemens Definition Edge and Biograph mCT Flow Edge (PET/CT) scanners
- Facility is a newly built, 152-bed Level II trauma hospital including a 70-bed NICU
- First-time travelers will be considered
- Scrubs of any color are acceptable
- Free garage and street parking available, with local light rail as an alternative option
