American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a pediatric CT unit, requiring ARRT-CT certification and at least 1 year of experience with pediatric patients preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of CT experience, with pediatric experience preferred
- ARRT-CT certification required
- BLS certification required
- WA state license required if applicable
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work with kindness and patience with pediatric patients and their families
- Capable of producing high-quality diagnostic images
Responsibilities
- Pediatric CT unit within a 152-bed, Level II trauma facility with a 70-bed NICU
- Patient population ranges from 0-18 years of age with all types and diagnoses
- Utilizes Siemens Definition Edge and Biograph mCT Flow Edge (PET/CT) scanners
- 10-hour night shifts totaling 35 hours per week
- Weekend rotation depending on shift assigned
- Possible on-call duties limited to off-hours and weekends, not exceeding 24 hours per month
- No floating required
- Facility is a newly built (2026) trauma center
- Scrubs may be any color
- Free garage and street parking available, with local light rail as an alternative option if parking is difficult
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
