Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift CT Technologist with 1+ years of CT experience and ARRT-CT certification to support a Level 1 Trauma, academic medical center

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience required
• ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certification required
• BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Teaching hospital experience required
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Siemens CT equipment experience required
• Experience with abdomen and pelvis imaging, with and without contrast, required
• Skilled in contrast media preparation/administration and starting peripheral IVs
• First-time travelers accepted

Responsibilities

• Adult acute care hospital setting including Emergency Department, ICU, and outpatient areas
• Level 1 Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center within an academic, research-based medical facility
• 3x12-hour night shifts, Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• No floating required outside of scope
• Utilizes all-Siemens CT equipment (2020, identical protocols) with PACS integration
• EPIC charting experience preferred but not required
• Scanners are ACR-accredited and affiliated with an academic medical school
• Ceil blue scrubs required
• On-site parking available at no cost
• Candidates must live more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible
• RTO must be submitted at time of application; additional requests subject to manager discretion after confirmation
• Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Fit testing for respiratory protection is required; candidates must be clean-shaven to ensure proper mask seal, with no exceptions for medical or religious reasons
