Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift role at a teaching hospital, requiring ARRT (R)(CT) or R.T.(R) and NMTCB(CT) certification along with 1+ years of experience.

Requirements

• Current NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License required (license required if applicable)
• NY State Injection Registration/Certification required; candidates willing to apply and complete physician sign-off on observed competency will be considered
• R.T. (R)(CT) (ARRT) or R.T. (R) and NMTCB (CT) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required; 2+ years strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification required (AHA only)
• Two professional references from previous managers required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Work at a 700-bed teaching hospital campus
• Night shift schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend required
• CT Technologists must also be willing to perform X-ray duties
• GE imaging equipment used
• Candidates with NY State Injection Registration/Certification already in hand are preferred
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Local candidates within 60 miles accepted at a reduced rate
• Prior work history at this health system will be reviewed for eligibility to return
