Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for an overnight shift assignment requiring 1+ year of experience and ARRT-CT certification.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CT Tech experience required
• BLS and ARRT-CT certification required
• License required if applicable
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Skilled in preparation and administration of contrast media
• Skilled in starting peripheral IVs
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE use
• Experience with abdomen, pelvis, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and head/neck CT imaging

Responsibilities

• CT Tech position within the Radiology/Cardiology CT department
• Adult acute care and outpatient settings
• Performs CT imaging of abdomen, pelvis, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, and head/neck regions
• Uses PACS and Siemens CT equipment
• Night shift, 3x12 hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM on a 6-week rotating schedule
• Every third weekend required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Limited to 1 RTO request, which must be approved prior to assignment
• Some holiday and weekend coverage expected
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required within or to sister facilities
