Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a Multi-Modality CT Technologist with ARRT certification who is proficient in both X-ray and CT imaging for a night shift position in a critical access hospital setting.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology required
• BLS certification required
• ARRT certification required
• RT license in state of practice required (license required if applicable)
• Certification in two advanced modalities (CT, Mammography, MRI, or Sonography) preferred
• Three years of technical experience preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Critical access hospital with 25 beds located in Northern California
• Uses Siemens CT equipment and Epic EMR
• Performs at least two imaging modalities on a regular basis, including x-ray and CT
• Night shift schedule, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM
• Performs radiographic and computed tomography procedures consistent with experience level
• Safely transports and transfers patients between gurneys and wheelchairs
• Tests defibrillator and checks integrity of crash cart
• Performs mobile imaging examinations including radiographic and fluoroscopic exams as necessary
• Safely prepares contrast agents for medical imaging procedures
• Accepts local candidates with no radius rule, local rates same as travel rates
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered
• Candidates with a prior adverse licensure action will not be considered
