American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a critical access hospital, requiring 3+ years of experience and ARRT (CT) certification.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of CT Tech experience required
- BLS, ARRT (CT), and SCRQSA (CT) certifications required
- AHA certifications only
- Experience with Siemens and GE CT equipment required
- Radiation badge required and must be provided by the agency
- License required if applicable
- SSN and driver's license required for consideration
Responsibilities
- Critical access hospital setting with 25 staffed beds
- CT Tech unit
- Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- No weekend requirement
- No on-call requirement
- No floating required between units or sister facilities
- Uses Siemens CT and GE Portable equipment
- Charting via Epic
- First-time travelers accepted
- Free parking available
- Teal and black scrubs required
- Block scheduling approval may be requested but is not guaranteed
- Previous MUSC perm or PRN staff must be separated from the system for 1 year before returning as a traveler
- Facility may cancel 1 shift per 2 weeks
- Local candidates within 60 miles are not accepted; MUSC prioritizes non-local candidates
- During hurricane season (June–November), staff may be assigned to emergency response teams
