Travel CT Technologist - CT Scan

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift acute care Radiology CT/X-Ray position requiring 2+ years of experience and ARRT (CT) and (R) certification.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• BLS certification required
• ARRT certification in CT and Radiography (R) required
• Fluoroscopy permit required
• CA Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
• Two professional references required: one supervisor reference within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor reference within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Acute care setting within the Radiology CT/X-Ray department
• Will float between CT and X-Ray as needed
• CT volume of approximately 110-130 patients per day
• Equipment includes Siemens Edge 128 and Siemens Definition 128 CT scanners, plus Carestream X-ray and portable units
• Cerner EMR used for charting
• Varied 10-hour night shifts with start times between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• No call requirements
• Teal scrub color required
• Training provided for candidates without direct CT/X-Ray floating experience
• Candidates who were directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility, including CHI and Dignity, within the past year will not be considered
• Candidates employed PRN through outside staffing firms will be considered
