Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift assignment requiring ARRT certification and independent trauma scanning experience.

Details

• CT Scan unit within an academic teaching facility
• 10-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, 40 hours per week
• Schedule includes a minimum of every other weekend and adjustments as needed to meet unit and patient care needs
• Coverage required for 2 of the following 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year's Day

Requirements

• ARRT certification required
• VT license required if applicable, must apply at time of offer
• Must be able to independently scan trauma patients
• Must be able to start PIVs
• Experience in a similar sized teaching facility required
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years required

Additional Information

• Bi-weekly orientations held on Mondays
• Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
• Reliable personal transportation strongly recommended due to limited public transportation access
• All-season or snow tires recommended for vehicles during November through April
• Local candidates accepted
• Pay rates are tiered based on direct-line mileage distance: local (50 miles or less), radius (51-100 miles), and travel (over 101 miles)
