Travel CT Technologist

Overview

Workfit Staffing is looking for a CT Technologist. The CT Technologist should have the ability to empathize with patients, possess specialized technical skills, and dedication to quality to enhance the overall success of imaging.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care — Responsible for radiography of patients, including CT scans and interventional CT guided procedures; provide on-call coverage for CT section of Radiology; follow up on patient care issues/needs
• Documentation — Maintain accountability for proper documentation of exams and procedures, document performance of studies in patient charts
• Daily Maintenance — Assist with day-to-day supervision of the CT team; clean, restock and prepare rooms

Qualifications

• Two year college degree in Radiologic Technologist in Applied Science or equivalent
• NYS license in Radiologic Technology (or) must hold NYS permit and obtain licensure within six months of employment. R - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certification (ARRT-R) within six months of employment
• NYS Injection Certification within six months of employment
• Prior Radiologic Technologist experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to work in various software applications preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills preferred

Pay Rate

$2,529 weekly

Shift

Day (4x10 Hours) 7:00–17:30, Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00–19:30 or Evening (3x12 Hours) 15:00–3:00
