Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Technologist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
n• Shifts may vary and could include 12-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, 7 on 7 off rotations, or weekend-only schedules
n• Weekend and holiday requirements depending on shift and rotation
n• No on-call or standby requirements
n• No self-scheduling or block scheduling
n• May be the only technologist in the department depending on shift, including working alone on nights
n• Perform a full range of CT scans for patients from infants through adults, including traumas and strokes
n• Average of 90-100 scans per day across acute and ambulatory settings
n• Float coverage may include acute care, urgent care, ER, and rare outpatient settings
n• Work with 5 CT scanners across two locations (2 rooms near ER, 3 on clinic side)
n• Operate Siemens and Toshiba 300+ slice scanners
n• Use Cerner EMR and Siemens/SECTRA PACS systems
n• Start IVs as required
n• Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
n• Experience in a Level 2 or higher trauma center required
n• IV experience strongly preferred
n• No assigned scrub color; scrubs are not provided
n• Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS (AHA); ARRT CT preferred
n• Must clock in and out at the facility

Facility:

This acute care facility is a Level 2 trauma center offering a comprehensive range of medical services. The CT department operates five scanners across two distinct areas and provides imaging services around the clock, with radiologist coverage available both in-house and through remote nighthawk services. The department supports a high volume of imaging studies daily and utilizes advanced Siemens and Toshiba technology to deliver quality diagnostic care across a broad patient population.
