Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 5+ years of experience in CT scanning and procedures for an evening/night shift position at a hospital in Boston, MA.

Details

• Hospital-based imaging department in Boston, MA
• Evening and night shift schedule: Wednesday 7:00 PM–7:00 AM; Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
• 36 hours per week across 8 and 12 hour shifts
• Procedures include CT scanning, angiograms, and CT‑guided interventions such as biopsies
• GE 64‑slice scanner used in the department
• Trauma experience valued in this role
• EMR: Epic (experience preferred)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CT scanning, angiograms, and CT‑guided procedures in a hospital setting
• Active ARRT and ARRT CT Certification required
• Active BLS required
• Active MA Radiation License required (license required if applicable)
• Proficiency with 64‑slice GE scanners preferred
• Trauma experience preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• 2 professional references required: at least one must be from a manager‑level or above (not titled 'supervisor'), one must be within the last 12 months and the other within the last 3 years
• References cannot be from another travel professional

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside 30 or more miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Perform CT scans, angiograms, and CT‑guided procedures including biopsies
• References must include a performance evaluation; one reference from a recent travel or temporary assignment is preferred
• 13‑week contract
