Job Summary:

The incumbent must demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly and operate efficiently within a dynamic environment.
Job Details:
- Location: Redding, California
- Certifications: Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech I or Rad Tech II) with CT certification; BLS (American Heart Association); COVID-19 vaccination required
- Education and Experience: 2 years of experience required; will consider candidates with 1 year of experience
- Schedule: 10-hour day shifts, Wednesday to Friday and every other weekend; 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Radiologic Technologist certification, ARRT registration, California license, BLS certification, CT experience, at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Additional Information:
- Must have CT experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is essential.
- Level II trauma experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidate must be a self-starter capable of independently managing responsibilities.
- C arms used in the operating room.
- The department is well staffed; night shift resources may be limited.
- The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts if less than 13 weeks.
- Experience working in a fast-paced radiology environment and the ability to work effectively under pressure are highly desired.
